Healthy Resolutions

With the new year comes new resolutions for me. Current weight: 153 Goal Weight: 145 I am starting this year with a cleanse. I am looking to lose 10 pounds. Sitting at work all day I have turned into a huge snacker. Its bad. Im looking to control my appetite.

quick update

been an up and down for my. I am still losing weight and exersing. it sure isnt easy at all. Start weight: 234 Current weight: 176 Goal weight: 155 I also never did the master cleanse. I plan to retry it.. I know there are a lot of benefits from it.
