Making Changes

With my new found responsibilities its hard to stay on top of my weight and exercise. My day is full daily and home cooked meals is not an option.

9-5 work
6-8:30 school
9-11 sleepy time

I decided to do the master cleanse curve my bad appitities, cleanse and lose some weight. I stated before and stopped after 6 days my weight got very low.

current weight: 160
seemed i gained 12 to 15 pounds again. Sigh. will update morrow.
