08.11.11 Update

Currently i am down from 183 to 174. I’ve been exercising a the gym and have been jogging at the park. my goal is to get back down to 155. I’m 20+ pounds away.

Making Changes

With my new found responsibilities its hard to stay on top of my weight and exercise. My day is full daily and home cooked meals is not an option.

9-5 work
6-8:30 school
9-11 sleepy time

I decided to do the master cleanse curve my bad appitities, cleanse and lose some weight. I stated before and stopped after 6 days my weight got very low.

current weight: 160
seemed i gained 12 to 15 pounds again. Sigh. will update morrow.

Healthy Resolutions

With the new year comes new resolutions for me.

Goal Weight: 145

I am starting this year with a cleanse. I am looking to lose 10 pounds. Sitting at work all day I have turned into a huge snacker. Its bad. Im looking to control my appetite.

Year End Goals

Hello,
I have meet the first goal I wanted. My goal was 155 original.


Current: 148
Goal: 135
Total to go: 13 lbs.

I want to reach goal for the new year. Im sure it will be hard due to the cold months. Also I want to have the opportunity to pig for the holidays :D .

I am currently on a diet again. I haven’t been on one until November. During the warm months its much easier to work out, so I can get a bit more. At some point I did force-ably had to increase my food intake because my work out was very intense. Now im a chair potato. With school and work right after my days are pretty much filled with long hours. I will try harder to do a home video 30 mins when i get home. Due to personal problems it is hard to go the gym.

I am thinking a home gym, but the can get noisy. I will check around though.

My goal for the month of July to to Lose 8 by November 30th. Then 3 for the month of December. Hey I go.

Day 3 Master Cleanse

I felt much better today than i did yesterday. I had some energy today. My headache was mild again today, not as bad as yesturday. I Also did not drink the juice as i should. Like i drank half the bottle. Its so hard consuming so much liquid, especially since its cold. sigh

I did the sea salt flush the night of day 2, and no movement until night of day 3. MY stomach did hurt and made loud noises through out the day. I will do the sea salt again today, maybe faster movements and I will be able to go in mornings.

Current weight 144.6 ( scary) my goal weight is 150. I notice the changes in my face that I have lost some weight. Im hoping water lost not weight.

I am very proud of me for even attempting this very hard cleanse.

Continuing On

This is my second attempt to do the master cleanse. The first time I made the juice but placed to much pepper in it, got frustrated and quit. I guess wasn’t ready. Before I begin my status is

Day 1 and 2. of Master cleanse
For the most part was tired and hungry. Its a scary thing not eating. Its like not really sleeping for 10 days. ARR Day 2 is going. Im hanging in there.

Currently i am not on a strict diet. I am watching what I eat and exercising. It will get hard since the time is getting cold. So far I have lost a total of 85 pounds In a year. Yup I worked hard.

I didnt so the sea salt flush on day 1m i only drank the tea. I did have a bowl movement in the morning of day 2 only. The sea salt flush sounds scary. I will try it 2night. I know I need to do it. It is really hard to drink half a gallon of liquid.

been an up and down for my. I am still losing weight and exersing. it sure isnt easy at all.

I also never did the master cleanse. I plan to retry it.. I know there are a lot of benefits from it.

December Challenge

What a crazy week it has been. Its december fist. Its the end of the year. I am very excited, I plan to continue with my weight loss journey. I have alot of work to do this month.

So far I have lost 25 pounds. Like its been amazing. If someone would have told me I could have done it in 2 months, before I started video blogging, and dieting, i would have been like no way.

Have been on many diets before, yeah worked for the week or 2 weeks then go back slowly into what i was doing before, and eventually gain the weight back. a horrible scene.

So I have decided stick to it, my digital scale has helped me keep my weight in check also. Its a love / hate thing with it. But i do check daily my weight, morning and night.

So good luck to everyone doing challenges for the month of December. We are losing weight together.

update

I am very motivated, monday comes is a new day and I plan to exercise this week. Have been stressed with work, and other things.

Have lost 17 pounds so far!

next week, ill push to get down 3 pounds. Would like to get down to 210 by December first.

Today I weigh in my weight. Which is 217 current. I’m very happy. Next week is another week, and I will try again to lose some more. Haha, will be hard with the holidays approaching us, where there’s a turkey, there is a plate :P

Im back

Posted Monday Nov 3rd.

What a great Monday/ Im finally back on my diet. I was sick, and suffered from some digestive problems.

I am doing better . I have done some changes to my diet.

I purchased yo plus yogurt for digestions, cereal bars, i;ve added milk back to diet. some starch now as well. I have 2 meal plans which i rotate through out the week. I will get into the meal plan routine by end of week.

I have also purchased a multi vitamin( one a day ) and stop taking my diet pills.

Will exercise 4 days week, instead of 2 to 3 max. I work at home, no kids, so i live a pretty stable life right now.

During the time i was away. I gained some weight. Had to eat food I didn’t want, just for sake of getting better.

With my new diet i have added some healthy food , i do like, and is very excited to keep back on track.

My current weight is 224 pounds in the day max.

I was 219 2 weeks ago. That makes 5 pounds weight gain. It sucks. That was hard work of progress gone.

I’m hoping this week to fully recover and to lose some weight as well. The holidays are coming.
